In coming here you are not alone; anxiety is the most common and treatable of all mental health conditions, despite the fact that it is one of the most uncomfortable and distressing. It is perhaps the most common reason why people attend my Downtown Vancouver therapy office.
What is Anxiety?
At its most basic level, anxiety can be defined as excess energy. Anxiety is also a general catch-all term which includes a number of subtypes:
