Sorry, my practice is currently full and I am not accepting new counselling clients for my waiting list at this time. Subscribers to my monthly newsletter, The Listening Ear, are always first to know when I can welcome new clients.  This page will be updated when my waiting list re-opens.

Questions about my waiting list and appointments? Please see my FAQ.

Urgent Appointments and Other Options

If you are requiring a counselling appointment on an urgent basis, I encourage you to search for a counsellor with timely availability. I typically suggest that you ask a trusted friend, family member or health professional for a recommendation. CounsellingBC.com also has a comprehensive directory of private counsellors in Metro Vancouver. To find a BIPOC therapist, check out the Healing in Colour Directory.

If you are a Vancouver resident with an urgent mental health and/or addictions concern, Vancouver residents can contact the Access and Assessment Centre at Vancouver Hospital, 7:30am-11pm. 1-800-SUICIDE, is available to take your call 24/7, for all residents of BC. 9-8-8 is the new cross country Suicide Crisis Helpline, for anyone in mental health distress.
